Merisù at Bufala Fest 2026 with MeriMù, the Tiramishow® dedicated to Campanian buffalo

Merisù is at Bufala Fest 2026, the event that from September 2 to 6 brings the best of the Campanian buffalo supply chain to Piazza Municipio in Naples, this year celebrating its tenth edition.

As always, Merisù does not arrive with a pre-packaged tiramisù, but with the Tiramishow®: the Merisù format that turns tiramisù preparation into a live experience, layer by layer, before the eyes of those who taste it. Cream, coffee, savoiardi and cocoa are not hidden ingredients, but protagonists of a visible and shared gesture, the same one Merisù brings every day to Rome, Madrid and Wrocław, and which for the first time also arrives at Bufala Fest.

For the occasion, Merisù has created MeriMù, a special tiramisù designed to tell the story of the territory that hosts it. MeriMù combines Merisù mascarpone cream with savoiardi soaked in coffee brewed with a Neapolitan moka, as in the Merisù tradition, in a direct nod to a ritual that belongs to Naples. The heart of the creation is a whipped buffalo ricotta cream with chocolate drops, finished with a delicate dusting of cocoa: the Merisù tiramisù meeting the event's symbol ingredient.

In addition to MeriMù, other flavours from the range will be available at the Merisù stand, along with a gluten-free version, to make the Tiramishow® experience accessible to everyone.
